Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager - Hybrid Remote - Mondays and Fridays Remote
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners and delivery teams to ensure work is properly prioritized, scoped, and tracked.
- Drive accountability for commitments, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
- Maintain accurate project, sprint, and portfolio-level reporting through Jira dashboards, filters, boards, and metrics.
- Develop and communicate clear, concise status updates to project stakeholders and leadership. Identify blockers and facilitate timely resolution across teams and organizations.
- Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on transparency, trust, and shared ownership.
- Support planning and coordination across multiple workstreams and delivery teams.
- Develop sufficient technical understanding of solutions, integrations, dependencies, and architecture to effectively facilitate discussions and challenge assumptions when appropriate.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role supporting technology teams. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification. Experience supporting enterprise technology, cloud, data, integration, or application modernization initiatives.
- Experience working in highly regulated or large-scale enterprise environments. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for responsible adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve transparency, collaboration, and delivery outcomes.
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, including: Scrum and Kanban board administration Dashboard and report creation JQL queries and filters Epic, story, and dependency management Sprint and release tracking Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, project timelines, and competing priorities. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority. Collaboration Tools: Experience with collaboration tools like SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Proficiency in enhancing communication, teamwork, and information sharing Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize workflows.
- Ability to think strategically and influence decisions without direct authority
