Operations Associate (Entry-Level)

Location: Mineola, NY

Company/Industry: Well-established pen distributor

Schedule: Mon-Fri In-Office Only

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000/yr, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate + benefits

Key Responsibilities

• High-Value Fulfillment: Accurately inspect, package, and process outbound shipments of high-value luxury goods.
• Inventory Control & Audit: Receive inbound shipments, organize warehouse/office storage, perform cycle counts, and ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Office Administration: Assist with daily office workflow, computer entries, client order logging, and shipping/receiving documentation.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales, customer service, and management teams as you learn the full scope of company operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree is required (Great fit for recent graduates or early-career professionals in banking, retail management, or business administration looking for career growth).
• Core Traits: High integrity, polished presentation, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Tech Savvy: Computer literate with comfortable proficiency in general office software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required).
• Physical Capability: Comfortable handling boxes, managing stockroom inventory, and balancing active hands-on tasks with office responsibilities.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $60,000.00
