Companion Caregiver

About the Role

This position focuses on providing companionship, support, and assistance with everyday activities that help seniors maintain their quality of life.

Because every client has unique needs and preferences, we thoughtfully match caregivers and clients to create successful, long-lasting relationships.

Duties May Include:

• Building meaningful relationships through conversation and companionship
• Providing emotional support and encouragement
• Assisting clients with eating, walking, and other daily activities as needed
• Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes in condition
• Communicating important observations to the client's care team
• Keeping timely and accurate care documentation
